Book orders are processed twice a week.

When you purchase a video, you will receive an email with a link to the video. Please login to AAPL’s website before clicking on the link then you will have access to the video for 1 year. You do need internet in order to watch the video- you will not be able to download the video to your computer. At the bottom of the video page there are instructions on how to enter your code to receive your recertification credits after you have watched the video.
