In this session we will uncover the keys to best leadership, life, and success along with strategies for positioning ourselves accordingly through meaningful postive change.  We will also look at the intersection of neuorscience and psychology and its impact on our ability for ethical decision making and maintaining an ethical course when it matters most: in the throes of challenge and adversity and when we are most likely to implode.  Easily our own worst enemy, there's Secret Weapon in protection of our success, and it will be revealed.
