Course Level: Overview

An overview level provides a general review of a subject area from a broad perspective. These programs may be appropriate for individuals at all organizational levels.

This presentation is designed to address operating agreement issues involving the AAPL Model Form Operating Agreement. This includes issues that have existed for a long time as well as new issues. Several recent court cases from various jurisdictions will also be discussed.
