APPLICATIONS MUST BE APPROVED BY THE CERTIFICATION CHAIRMAN BEFORE REGISTERING FOR THE RPL/CPL REVIEW AND EXAM. COMPLETED APPLICATIONS, TO INCLUDE ALL SPONSOR FORMS, TRANSCRIPTS, ETC. MUST BE RECEIVED A MINIMUM OF 45 DAYS PRIOR TO THE FIRST DAY OF THE MONTH THAT YOU INTEND TO TEST. WITH THAT SAID, IT IS NOT A GUARANTEE THAT YOUR APPLICATION WILL BE APPROVED PRIOR TO YOUR INTENDED TEST DATE. UPON APPLICATION APPROVAL, APPLICANTS HAVE ONE YEAR TO TEST. EXAMS MAY BE SCHEDULED AT AAPL HEADQUARTERS AT ANY TIME UPON APPROVAL OF YOUR APPLICATION.

1. Call the front desk: call the hotel directly at (303) 754-9800 to make the reservations and use the group name: AAPL.
2. Book online: book a reservation online at www.hgicherrycreek.com. Select the dates you would like to check in and check out, then click on "Reserve Today" on the left side of the page. In Step 2 on the left side of the page under “Narrow Your Results”, click on “Have a Special Code”. Next, you must enter the "Group Code" “AAPL” A new option on the right hand side will appear with your group name and group rate. Select the green flag next to that rate.
